3. Payment and Pricing
3.1. All prices are listed in Canadian Dollar and are subject to change without notice.
3.2. Payment is due at the time of order placement. We accept various forms of payment, which will be outlined on our website.
3.3. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.
4. Shipping and Delivery
4.1. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Splintur will not be liable for any delay in delivery of goods.
4.2. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and the size and weight of the order.
4.3. Risk of loss and title for products purchased from us pass to you upon delivery of the products to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
5.1. We accept returns of products in their original condition within 5 calander days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.
5.2. Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless defective or damaged upon receipt.

6. Limitation of Liability
6.1. Splintur will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
